TLR Welding & Fabricating a family owned Company

My name is Kendall Williams, and I am the owner of TLR Welding & Fabricating, Inc. as well as TLR Energy Services and Sendero Sales & Rentals. I started welding when I was in high school as an extracurricular activity and attended WTC welding school in  Synder, TX. I have now been welding and fabricating for almost 20 years. 

After high school I worked for a company building metal buildings. I also worked for Fluor Daniels constructing and doing maintenance on power plants which required a lot of traveling. Since the job required me to travel often, I decided to get a job closer to home. I worked for the company for 7 years before I opened TLR Welding & Fabricating, Inc. 

In March of 2010, I opened TLR Welding & Fabricating Inc. A couple of years later I opened TLR Energy Services in October of 2012. We have continued to grow through the years allowing us to open a yard in Midland, Tx and Colorado City, Tx. 

The Meaning of TLR:

Some people ask, "What does TLR stand for?" Well, here it is. T is for our first-born boy Taylon, who passed away at birth; L is for Layton, our second born boy; R is for Rylan, our third born boy; and now we have a fourth boy, Lastyn who came along after TLR was formed.
